Yeah, turns out "got their licence revoked" was exaggeration on the grapevine. What actually happened is they were split into two companies a while back, the solicitors and an estate agents and just shared branches. My local branch was officially the estate agents, which according to the Gazette - https://www.thegazette.co.uk/company/06786557 (and the other one, for reference https://www.thegazette.co.uk/company/06288672 )- are changing their name and removing a bunch of their Officers, so it looks like some big restructuring rather than it being a Saul Goodman type thing. Still waiting for their site to come back up though.

Was already friends with Odin (legit don't remember where we met), he and the other friends signed up with TOP to work on a separate project together, MxRP's servers shat the bed one day, Odin asked me for help, they were so fucked that I couldn't even install updates on them, I became the new host, and then when I was ground down and wanted out (I think the final straw was when we found minors smutting for like the millionth time) Odin basically beat me to punch so I became the de facto owner so I was saddled with it.
